The benefits of exercise includes better blood circulation and detoxification. When we exercise, the openings of our arteries open up wider, which allows more blood to flow through. This benefits the organs, skin, and really the whole body. Also, our organs are constantly trying to rid the toxins in our body. Sweating through the skin is one method.
